Aoyi Professional Permanent Cold Wave Perm Lotion is a 2-step perming system designed for creating defined, smooth and long-lasting curls or waves.

The set consists of No. 1 Perm Lotion and No. 2 Neutralizer, providing the two essential steps required for the cold-wave perming process. Suitable for professional salon use and experienced users.

💇 HOW TO USE

Step 1 – Prepare Hair
Wash the hair and towel-dry until approximately 80% dry. Wind the hair around perm rods according to the desired curl style.

Step 2 – Apply No. 1 Perm Lotion
Apply No. 1 evenly to the hair on the perm rods. Leave to process for approximately 15–25 minutes, checking the curl development regularly.

Step 3 – Rinse
Once the desired curl formation is achieved, rinse the hair thoroughly with water while keeping the perm rods in place.

Step 4 – Remove Excess Water
Gently towel-blot the hair to remove excess water without removing the rods.

Step 5 – Apply No. 2 Neutralizer
Divide No. 2 Neutralizer into two portions. Apply the first portion evenly and leave for approximately 8 minutes.

Step 6 – Second Neutralizer Application
Apply the remaining portion and leave for approximately another 7 minutes.

Step 7 – Remove Perm Rods
Carefully remove the perm rods, then rinse the hair thoroughly with water.

Step 8 – Finish & Style
Gently dry and style the hair as desired.
