Tracking Information
To find out where your package is, sign in here, go to "My Account" and review your Order History. If your order says "In Progress", we're packing it up. If it says "Shipped", we've handed it off to a shipping carrier and you can view any available tracking information on the shipper's site. We'll send that info to you in an email too.
If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Ministry of Transport Guidelines
Some hair and beauty products (like aerosol hair sprays) contain materials that the Malaysia Ministry of Transport (MOT) classified as "Hazardous Materials". Products containing hazardous materials must ship Ground transport, which means we cannot provide Express shipping by air freight, for the buyers from East Malaysia or Oversea countries, we feel sorry about that!
How will you know if your order includes Hazardous Materials? We'll display a note that says "this item must be shipped via Ground transportation" right above the "Add to Cart" button.
If your order contains both HAZMAT items and non-HAZMAT products and you select Express shipping, the items may ship separately.
