💇 How to Use

1. Shampoo the hair thoroughly and towel dry.
2. Section and wrap the hair neatly and completely around the perm rods.
3. Once all sections are wrapped, carefully saturate each curl with the Cold Wave Lotion.
4. Use cotton around the hairline/scalp area to absorb any excess lotion.
5. Check the test curls regularly during processing.
6. Once the hair forms a firm “S” curl pattern, rinse the wrapped hair carefully and thoroughly with warm water.
7. Gently towel-blot excess water before applying a suitable neutralizer.
8. Apply neutralizer generously and evenly according to the neutralizer manufacturer's directions.
9. After neutralizing, rinse the hair and exposed skin thoroughly with warm water.
10. Proceed with the desired hairstyle.
